Occasionkart cakes are delivered across Hyderabad region only, we don't deliver apart from our pin codes mentioned, we do free delivery only for selected pin codes, other region with different pin codes are charged based on the distance. Every cake transported with utmost care and we take complete responsibility until reaching the receiver.

ALL ORDERING SLAG TIME IS MINIMUM 3 Hrs, Customer should at least place the order 3 hours before to get the order delivered.

We have prebooking option of One week prior to the delivery date, You can choose any date with in next 7 days and any time slot as per availablity.

Our Delivery boys delivers directly to door step of your location.

Orders are subjected to delivered with extra time during event days like New Year, Valentine's Day and Mothers Day. Vendor Orders and Customers order includes.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return policy is only accepted when we find the cakes are damaged or spoiled by our persons, we dont provide any return after receiver miss handles the cake box or anything.
Exchange of cakes takes place when the cake is not delivered properly to the receiver and correct proof is submited.

Upon Accepting the failure in delivering the cake properly or in quality we process refund via same payment method which takes 57 business days to process refund and reflect in your account.
Retunr complaint should be emailed to the support team with in 48 hours of delivery time, no complaint wil be vaild post 48 houtrs of delivery time.
Refund will be processed directly to the source account of the payment received..
