Products:

  1. All the products shown in website are subjected to availability.
  2. Since cakes are handcrafted by different chefs in different styles, every chef has his own making style, so the cakes shown in the website may slightly varies to the refernce photo, however we try to match the cake similar to 80% to its resemblence.
  3. During hard times, when there is non availability of flavours we seek permission from customer to change the flavor of the cake.
  4. All the products are made in hyguiene environment with best branded materials only.
  5. The flowers boquets images are just a reference to quantity of flowers, how ever our florists make in their own style.

Customised Theme cakes:

  • We do encourage customised theme cakes, we make cakes based on customer requirement.
  • We don’t guarentee on reaching customer expectations regarding the output, however we try to make the best.
  • During customisation of cake, we encourage customer to share some reference images, so that it would give better clarity to chef to make the cake.
  • The output of the cakes may not resemble to high end photos shared or cakes made in abroad.

Ordering and Processing:

  1. Orders are taken via website, whatsapp and direct walk in to the store. We have a user friendly website, where it is very easy to input instructions and place order online, customer also can book orders via whatsapp at 9059058058.
  2. If the customer places order online via website, full payment has to be done during the checkout process, No orders are fulfilled with out receiving the payment, once we get the order customer receives an auto generated email, with all necessary details.
  3. If the customer is placing order via store or whatsapp, it is mandatory to process 50% of amount as token of advance, so that order is placed internally.

Delivery Process:

  1. Since cakes are perishable items, delivery is done only once as per time slot.
  2. We are not responsible if the receiver is not avialable or his phone is not in connecting region, we encourage the receiver to collect it from our store.
  3. During peak hours or on special days delivery may be delayed to scheduled slots.
  4. During the delivery of cakes, we request receiver to capture photo so that it owuld be proof for us as perfect delivery. If the receiver does not cooperate we are not responsible for damage of cake.
  5. If the cakes are damaged during the process of delviery, we will make a new products and send immediently or process full refund.
  6. If, for any reason, the delivery is “refused by recipient”, the order will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case. We, however, will try our best to convince the recipient for accepting the delivery.
  7. f the recipient is not found at home / office, your gift will be delivered to the neighbour, or security. At reception (in case of office), your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items. If recipient’s number is incorrect, not responding, or is unavailable, the delivery may not be possible and as such the recipient must collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hrs. from scheduled delivery time.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  1. If the customer wants to cancel the order, he should give us prior intimation before 12 hours via email or whatsapp, our team reverts with possibility of cancellations, if it is customised cake, we may or may not process cancellation
  2. If the order is cancelled we will refund full amount back in same payment mode,
  3. Refunds/compensations for orders after thoroghly checking the status of prodcuts, delivery process.
  4. We don’t refund for any comapliaints raised on taste or quality of product, since we are premium bakers we trust our taste and quality.
  5. Customer compensation is done purely by the customer support team based on valid reasons and proofs only.
  6. No refunds on orders which are delivery attempted.
  7. We hold right to cancel order if there is any problem with our side or any emergencies.
